01 / Status & seller
What is being prepared?
The public working title is UrbanMeetups. The native app is in development. Photographs and examples on the website illustrate planned possibilities; they are not live listings, confirmed participants or a demonstration of delivered app access.
Supplier identity: not finalised. The actual individual or legal business supplying the app must be identified correctly in the final offer and relevant checkout/receipt disclosures. The working title is not a claim that a registered company exists.
Whop provides the checkout and payment service. It does not build or supply the app. Its applicable buyer terms also govern the Whop service; they do not replace the seller's product, delivery or refund commitments.
02 / Free launch list
Register interest. Decide later.
The intended free registration records interest in the planned app and enables relevant development and launch communications through the configured provider. It does not provide the unfinished app, reserve a paid subscription or authorise future charges.
A Whop account or registration may be needed. A free Whop membership is separate from the eventual app account and its profile. Joining free does not guarantee a launch date, priority position, paid features, available companions or any particular experience.
Optional promotional updates must have an appropriate preference and unsubscribe route. Necessary order or delivery messages for a purchase are distinct from optional marketing. The actual communications and preference workflow must be verified before launch.
03 / The planned preorder
One prepaid month.
The current draft offer is $25 USD paid once for one month of specified subscriber access, starting after delivery and activation. The proposed precise duration is 30 consecutive days; it must be adopted consistently in the final offer and app entitlement.
Any applicable tax and the final payable total must be shown before payment. Tax treatment depends on the actual checkout configuration and customer circumstances; a price observed in one browser session is not a universal total.
Proceeds are intended to help fund development and launch. This is a proposed product preorder, not a donation, investment, equity purchase, loan or promise of financial returns. Working app access is not delivered at the time of prepayment.
Included subscriber features, usage allowances, supported platforms and languages: still to be specified before sale. The website's broader planned feature descriptions are not a completed paid-entitlement schedule. Unlimited AI, guaranteed matches and universal provider availability are not promised.
Third-party tickets, meals, accommodation, transport and other purchases are not included. The current draft does not automatically enrol the purchaser in recurring billing. A later planned $25/month subscription requires its own disclosed terms and authorisation. Any change to automatic renewal would require a separately verified billing arrangement and revised consent wording before checkout opens.
Included access / Proposed schedule
What the first month would include.
The following outline is drawn from the existing B35 handbook's subscription, people-discovery, live-audio and organizer definitions. It is a proposal for the eventual customer offer, not evidence of a delivered app.
Subscriber live audio
Supported live conversational AI Voice, live two-way speech interpretation and Live Listen during the prepaid period. Supported devices, languages, audio duration, reset periods and other usage allowances must be quantified and disclosed before sale. Text entry, ordinary camera/text translation and accessibility input are not made subscriber-only by this proposal.
Expanded people discovery
Access to subscriber results beyond the free limit of ten matching profiles in an eligible stable current/future city search. Visibility, contact, age/eligibility and blocking rules continue to apply; this does not promise a particular number of nearby people, a match, admission or a response.
Event publishing in the same plan
New Event and Event-date publishing within the account's authorized role and final publishing allowances, with no separate organizer subscription. It does not verify a business, provide native ticketing/payouts, sell admission for another supplier or override moderation.
Ordinary app use remains connected
The account retains the ordinary discovery, Activity coordination, permitted messaging, saved items and itinerary controls available under the app's free rules. The preorder is not a new paywall around those features, and no extra feature tier is introduced here.
Not yet purchase-ready: the exact usage quantities, publishing limits and supported launch platforms/languages remain open. The seller must publish a specific, usable paid-access schedule before taking payment. No unspecified “reasonable use” label or future plan changes may substitute for that initial disclosure.
04 / Delivery & activation
The paid period starts later.
Expected delivery window and latest delivery date: not yet established. Both must be stated before accepting a preorder. No countdown or delivery promise is made by this private draft.
Proposed activation: link the valid preorder to the delivered, supported app account and start 30 consecutive days at the first successful app sign-in after linking. Notify the purchaser through the purchasing account/contact route with clear claim instructions. Do not start the paid period from a general launch announcement alone. A missed activation or account mismatch must have a support recovery route. Any claim deadline or additional condition must be disclosed before purchase; none is invented in this draft. A receipt, a Whop membership or a purchase-date expiry setting must not consume the future app month during development.
The seller must be able to identify valid orders, avoid duplicate activation and provide an appropriate recovery route for account or activation problems. Marketing updates are not delivery of the purchased app access.
05 / Delays, cancellation & refunds
A policy the seller can fulfil.
Proposal for review, not an adopted refund guarantee: allow a full refund on request before the prepaid app period starts; refund an unfulfilled purchase if the project is cancelled or the promised access cannot be supplied; if the latest delivery date is missed, give the customer an explicit choice to wait or receive a refund.
Proposed request process: contact citydays.launchdesk@gmail.com with the order reference and purchasing email. Do not require card details or identity documents by email. Operational targets for review: acknowledge within three business days and initiate an approved refund within five business days, subject to earlier applicable obligations. The bank/payment method controls when funds appear; no instant refund arrival is promised. For a missed latest delivery date, the proposal is to notify the buyer and refund the unfulfilled purchase unless they explicitly elect to wait; silence is not consent to an extension. These targets and the refund proposal are not adopted guarantees. The seller must confirm they can fund and administer them before publication. Customer refunds can require funds even when development proceeds have been spent or provider fees have reduced the amount received. Whop's processing service does not fund the seller's obligations.
Final terms must preserve applicable mandatory consumer rights and the relevant provider and payment-dispute processes. They must not use development risk or a funding disclosure to waive those rights, guarantee banking completion times or require customers to accept an indefinite delay.
Product and delivery questions should go to the seller. Whop's applicable buyer terms explain payment-layer support and its role in processing approved reversals. This draft does not impose a new jurisdiction, arbitration clause or waiver of rights.
06 / Providers & availability
Clear scope before purchase.
The final paid offer must state confirmed device, operating-system, country and language support, along with material limits. Local activities, people, provider listings and bookable options vary by location. An app subscription is separate from any external reservation or purchase.
Maps, translation, AI, social-post playback and other provider-dependent capabilities require validation. The eventual app terms and privacy notice must explain their actual operation before app use. They are separate from this prelaunch offer draft.
07 / Contact & privacy
A contact route is now chosen.
Support email: citydays.launchdesk@gmail.com.
A customer asking about an existing order should provide the order reference and purchasing email, without sending passwords, card numbers, verification codes or identity documents to this inbox.
The final privacy notice is still required. It must identify the actual supplier/data controller and reflect the registration provider, hosting, communications, any analytics, purposes, retention and request routes actually in use. This terms draft is not a complete privacy notice. The website does not collect form entries; registration happens on Whop. Its pages load Google Fonts.
Before purchases open
What still needs an answer.
- Supplier identity: confirm the real individual or business and accurate customer-facing disclosures.
- Purchased access: complete the proposed schedule with measured usage quantities, publishing limits and supported devices, regions and languages.
- Delivery: establish a realistic window, latest date and working activation process.
- Refunds: adopt a clear policy and confirm how it can be funded and administered.
Account verification, a usable payout route, accurate tax configuration, a final privacy notice and tested checkout/communication journeys must also be resolved before the public paid launch. The site links to Whop, but this draft does not confirm offer readiness or make funds available.
References checked for preparation: Whop Seller Terms, Whop Buyer Terms, and Whop refund documentation. The seller remains responsible for the final offer and applicable requirements.
